公園西駅東口「ベイシア長久手店」、真夏の工事はじまる！【Nagakute Times】
来年2025年2月28日予定の「Beishia長久手店」の工事が、当初予定の８月15日より２週間早い８月１日から始まりました。出店決定してから約半年立ちましたが、ここから僅か半年でオープン。大型重機も何台も投入され基礎工事が終わると、地下スペースもないので加速度的に建設工事が進んでいくことと思います。
今回はその様子と、ベイシア長久手店の規模感を、全国の数あるベイシア店の中でもランキング１位になっている「ベイシア三好店」と比較してみようと思います。

ベイシア三好店は、全国のベイシアスーパーの中でもランキング１位！

ベイシア三好店の売りは、「鮮魚コーナー」（超冷温冷凍庫使用 いつでも鮮度抜群のお刺身やお寿司）、「縞ほっけ塩焼きなど大ぶりな魚を焼き立てで提供」、「惣菜コーナー」（名古屋メシをラインアップ : 味噌カツ弁当、味噌煮込みうどん、味噌串カツ、手羽先など）、「フローズンコーナー」（冷凍食品の品揃え強化）。
あくまで三好店がリニューアルに伴い強化したコーナーです。市街地ではなくモリコロ・ジブリパークすぐ近くのリニモ駅前ではどんなコーナーが呼び物になるのでしょうか。「名古屋メシ」コーナーは設けられそう？？
長久手店の店舗面積は、スーパーセンター型「ベイシア三好店」の3分の１のコンパクト店
三好店と長久手店の「店舗面積」を比較すると、1万平米強（10,600m2）もあるベイシア三好店に比べ、長久手店はその約３分の１（店舗面積は3,050m2）ほど、駐車場スペースも４分の１ほどでとてもコンパクトサイズになります。
「ベイシア長久手店」は、衣食住の生活日用品が概ね揃うフルラインでワンストップショッピングができるベイシア三好店の大型の「スーパーセンター」型ではなく、モリコロパークのすぐ南側で市街地とはまったく異なる里山エリアの端のこのエリアに特化したコンパクト型のベイシアになると推測されます。
最も、ワンフロア・集中レジ方式で、ランニングコストを下げ、衣食住の幅広い品目の買い周りをスムーズに行える「スーパーセンター」型を活かしつつといったところでしょうか。食料品を中心に、医薬品や日用品に加え、コンパクトなフード、ドリンクコーナーが設けられるかもしれませんね。

『Canon Photo Circle』誌の写真集コラムを１年間連載後、「長久手タイムズ」を始動。
