白バスの停留所近くにもう一軒の「旅館」〜旧道、岩作銀座の繁盛ぶり❸【長久手タイムズ】
現在、長久手で大いに発展をとげ商業地になっているのは、西部と南部エリアですが、かつて大正〜昭和時代は長久手の中央に位置する「岩作」が長久手きっての商業地でした。「岩作銀座」とも呼ばれていました。今日では、どのような商店街だったか想像するのも難しいほどですが、わずかに当時の面影が残っています。
今回はその３回目最終回です。家康も祈願した教圓寺から御嶽山参道付近までです。安昌寺への参道入り口に白バスの停留所があり、そのすぐ近くに旧道２軒目の「旅館」がありました。
遠い記憶をたぐり、また記憶すらない時代の歴史。その歴史がなくては現在の長久手はありません。整備はされても道路の在処はおよそ当時のままなので、タイムスリップした感覚で道に沿って歩いてみました。
前方に教圓寺（きょうえんじ）。家康が軍議をおこなった色金山から御旗山に移る際，教圓寺の御本尊が源家累代の如来であることを聞きつけ戦勝を祈願。合戦に勝利したのち家康が寄進した陣羽織がおさめられている。昭和30年代、この岩作の旧道をバスが走っていた。
旧道から少し奥に横道に入るとガラリと景色が変わり、連なる屋根瓦が昭和の面影を残している。
旧道界隈のあちこちに白い漆喰の蔵や建物が立っている。

漆喰は綺麗に塗り替えられているが元々は幕末か明治の頃の建物なのではと思われる。

創業は1850年頃の幕末、170年以上続く老舗呉服屋「一六屋」。昭和20年頃まで菓子屋だった場所に建てられた。呉服から学生用品、お祭り用品、家電、タバコの出張販売、またフォトスタジオの「ichiroku studio」がある。和風な中庭でのレトロな撮影ができる。
現在ある「一六屋」の右側に建つ旧い趣きのある伝統的建物。位置的にもこの建物がかつての老舗呉服屋「一六屋」だったのではと推測されます。
老舗呉服屋「一六屋」の右隣には国指定史跡「首塚」があります。色金山麓のお寺の安昌寺の雲上和尚が、敵味方関係なく合戦の後にあちこちに野に晒されていた兵士たちの屍を弔った場所である。
鐡工房「たね庵」とその作品たち。旧道に面して出来上がった作品が置かれてあったりあちこちに飾られてある。
安昌寺へ向かう道。かつての参道。この場所にかつての白バスの停留所があった。安昌寺前の岩作停留所ができる前までは、この参道入口の右側にあった駄菓子屋でバスの切符も販売されていた。

岩作御嶽山（高根山）への参道入り口。香流川にかかる高根橋。江戸時代〜明治の頃は、東の上郷へ出る時は、この高根橋を渡って香流川の右岸を川沿いに渡って行った。
