県道瀬戸大府東海線、本日、朝10時30分、部分開通！／現場開通シーン動画【Nagakute Times】

動画の冒頭から1分後
大草交差点から福祉の家・あぐりん村へ至る市道郷前大溝下１号線が今日から当面の間、通行止めに
次々と侵入禁止のフェンスが臨時的に置かれていきます
新たに大草交差点に取り付けられた信号機が、指示の下、切り替えられ、交差点で停まっていた車が迎え入れられます
部分開通完了後、前方のあぐりん村方面からの最初のクルマが、こちらに入って来ています
大草交差点から福祉の家・長久手温泉「ござらっせ」方面へ
クルマを走らせてみた
早朝の渋滞時間を過ぎての時間帯での開通が設定されていたため、とりあえず渋滞もなく走らせることができた
中央分離帯、側道などはまだ整備中、しっかり前方を見ていないと前のクルマに追突してしまう
（＊翌日3日の早朝時間帯は、予想されていたが大渋滞に！ 前熊下田T字路から大草交差点までつづく
市役所から熊張真行田交差点、そして大草方面は、岩作安昌寺までつづく渋滞発生中
この時間帯の渋滞は以前からでもあるが）
前方のT字路（前熊下田）は当面、人海戦術による手旗信号が続くので、状況を知らない人だと前方に「信号機」がないので突然ブレーキを踏む事態になるケースも生じるかも知れない
今回も信号はもちろん無いが前方にクルマが8〜10台程停車している状況
前熊下田の信号機は愛知警察の指導で未だ取り付けれない（近い将来十字路になる場所での信号機の設置は許可が下りないことになっている）
よって尾張建設としては、現況のT字路を十字路の許可が下りる形（仮十字路）となるよう整備を進める方向だという
約１年後の全面開通までは、４車線ではなく２車線（片側１車線）通行になる
前方にこちら側に移動した名鉄バスのバス停
手旗信号が無いと予想通りかなり危険なT字路に
交通量が多いが当面信号機が取り付けられないため交通誘導員４人体制による手旗信号
夜10時過ぎでも同じようにやられていた（当面24時間体制かそれに近い体制を取るとのこと）

手旗信号が無いと、かなりの交通量なだけに危険を伴うことが予測できる
