紅葉真っ盛り「日本庭園 導入の庭・南庭」の太鼓橋が架け替えられました。橋を渡れます！〜モリコロパーク【長久手タイムズ】
モリコロパークにある「日本庭園」（全体で７ヘクタール）の南側に「かえで池庭園」がありますが、その一角にある「導入の庭・南庭」にかかるアーチ状の太鼓橋が、新たに架け替えられました。
木造のためかなり前から橋床が朽ちて危険になっていたため渡橋禁止になっていましたが、20年前の愛・地球博開催時の様に、太鼓橋を渡り向こう岸に渡ることができるようになりました。
愛知万博20周年記念事業「愛・地球博20祭」に併せての改修と推測します。
今年の紅葉は昨年よりも10日程遅く、12月初旬が見頃になっています。掲載の写真は、12月2日月曜撮影なので今週が一番の見頃になるようです。
「日本庭園」の主庭からも近く、もう一つの美しい枯淡な水景を見に足を伸ばしてみてはいかがでしょう。

太鼓橋が架かる「導入の庭・南庭」は、「日本庭園」への導入部を飾る庭の位置づけになっています。
「北庭」と「南庭」があり＜古今・陰陽＞を対比的に見せています。北庭はモダンな造形になっており、「日本庭園」全体が、伝統と現代が互いに共鳴し合う構造になっています。
昨年2023年秋の橋の様子。昨年までは橋はかなり朽ちている部分があり、「侵入禁止」の札が掛かり、橋を渡ることは禁止されていました。
