［長久手タイムズ］SATOYAMA WOODLAND memoires（１）【Nagakute Times PHOTO GALLERY】撮影：中野淳
『長久手の西部地区は30年余前の平成の初め頃に都市計画がスタートし宅地開発が進んだけれど、その頃には東京に出ていたため町の西側一帯で何が行われていたかは、まったくと言っていいほど知らなかった。2005年の愛・地球博の開催を追い風に、西の市街化区域で都市化が一気に進んでいても、町の東部に住む者にとってはどこか遠い出来事だったと思う。
今回撮影したのは、自分が昔から暮らし遊びまわり知っている町の東部。今では古き良き昔ながらの里山として認識されるようになり、市街化調整区域となって地元の人でも市の了解や認可がなければ自由に土地を改変することができなくなっている。
