（株）ジブリパークと愛知県と長久手市が「連携協定」を締結！【長久手タイムズ】
市の広報（「広報ながくて」や「市のホームページ」）にて発表、広報されているように、「ジブリパーク」を活用した魅力あるまちづくりを推進するために（株）ジブリパークと愛知県と長久手市の三者が連携協定を結びました。その連携協定の内容が４つの項目立てで明示されていますので、少しじっくりみてみようということで取り上げました。

ジブリパーク第２期エリアオープンバナーにバナーが変更されています。第二期エリア「もののけの里」と「魔女の谷」の図柄が追加され５つになっています。図書館通りにて
こちらが見慣れていた第１期エリアオープンバナーでした。「いっしょにあるこう長久手市」の位置が変わりました。
あらためて三者の協定内容は；
■ 株式会社ジブリパーク、愛知県、長久手市の三者で取り交わされた連携協定の内容です。
（１）子育て支援に関すること
（２）子どもの学びの充実に関すること
（３）ジブリパークのある長久手市への郷土愛の醸成に関すること
（４）その他魅力あるまちづくりに関すること

上記の協定の内容は、住民の平均年齢が全国一若く（40.2歳 令和２年国税調査。ちなみにとなりの瀬戸市は48.3歳。名古屋市は46.1歳）、子育て世代が数多く存在するという長久手市の特性を踏まえてのものとのことです。（４）はその上で、魅力あるまちづくりに関することと幅広の内容を含むものとなっています。

「広報ながくて」によると、子どもたちが成長する過程で、「社会見学」「職業講和」「二十歳の集い」などが予定されているとのことです。
上記の協定の内容を確認し、あらためて三者の連携協定の目的を見てみましょう。
「ジブリパーク」を活用した魅力あるまちづくりの推進に連携協力して取り組み、もって地元の活性化と発展に資することを目的とする。

「目的」と「内容」をよくよくすり合わせてみると、ベイシックには子どもや子どもの成長過程での体験や取り組みが想定されていますが、それにとどまることなく＜ジブリパークを「活用」した魅力あるまちづくり＞が推進され、地元の＜活性化と発展＞を図っていく近未来の方向性が見えてきます。
それは「目的」にそっくり記されているではないか、となり、「目的」にこそ照準を合わせそれを「縦糸」とし、「内容」を「横糸」として組んでいければと考えます。

モリコロパーク、ジブリパークは長久手市内にありますが、森や川、丘陵は、ひとつながりになっています。掲載した写真からも一般的なテーマパークと違って、内と外が遮断されていないことが分かると思います。「ジブリパークを活用した魅力あるまちづくり」の内容は、そんなところにも自然と現れ出ているのではと思います。そこから気づきや発見のボルテージあげていったところに「自然の叡智」の「大倉庫」が出現するのかも知れません、、。
