南部「ほとぎの里緑地」の散策と展望台からの眺望は必見❶【長久手タイムズ】
「ほとぎの里緑地」には、これまで長湫南部公園の裏手側から20分ほど森林の中を歩いて途中で住宅街へ降りたことがあっただけだったので、「展望デッキ」を含め全体を散策したことがなかった。今回、市が洞三丁目公園側から初めて散策してみた。
小径は急な坂もありましたとても歩きやすく整備されていて、「展望デッキ」に出れば素晴らしい眺望に疲れも吹き飛びます。シジュウカラ、ヒヨドリ、メジロ、カワセミなど多くの鳥の囀りと豊な樹木。素晴らしい散策路です。まだ訪れたことがない方も、一度行かれるとびっくりします。
市が洞3丁目公園側の散策路の入り口脇にある何とも立派な「ほとぎの里交流館」。
本日は開放日ではなかったので敷地内の樹々などは見ることはできませんでした。
こちらはまたの機会です。
「ほとぎの里」とは？
「ほとぎ」とは、西暦700年前後に、市が洞と丁子田にあった窯で須恵器が焼かれ、その須恵器の表目に彫られた文字 から来ています。「瓫五十戸」と書いて「ほとぎのさと」と読むとのことで、その文字が彫られた須恵器が奈良の飛鳥の地とこの長久手で出土しています。
その須恵器は「税」として飛鳥の都に運ばれたものと言います。「ほとぎのさと展示室」は、長久手卯塚一丁目101番地にある市が洞小校区共生ステーション内にあります。
市が洞3丁目公園側からの入り口です。
ここまでは５、６分で到着。坂が急な場所はありますがきっちり整備されていて軽快に歩けます。坂は階段状につくられていて歩きやすいです。
途中の「森の広場」に到着。子供達が集まる何かイベント事がある時はこの場所が用いられているようだ。
約300m地点。10分程で到着
この辺りから曲がりくねった坂道が各所にあります。尾根を歩いている感じです。
いよいよ展望デッキへ。市が洞3丁目公園近くの入り口から約400m、徒歩15~20分で到着することができます。
長久手南部から東側を一望。遠くに猿投山（629m）。その麓にモリコロパーク。右方に愛知県立芸術大学や農業総合試験場がある緑豊な丘陵、またAEON長久手店やアピタ、リニモ沿線の住宅街、長久手南部・市が洞の住宅街が見晴らせます。
展望台を越えると一気に急な坂が待っています。
南部公園側から展望デッキに向かうと最後にかなり長い急な坂があります。
