Cafe & Salon「虹と風」〜 長久手の出会いを”紡ぐ”台所【長久手タイムズ】
杁ヶ池公園からほど近い場所に昨年オープンしたばかりのカフェ＆サロン「まちの台所 風と虹」。私はパンを購入しにしばしば訪れていましたが、じつはこの「まちの台所」、カフェである以上に主に女性たちが集うサロン的な「出会いを紡ぐ台所」になっていました。
いったいどんな方々が運営しているのか、どんなサロンなのかオーナーに訊ねてきました。
リニモ「杁ヶ池公園駅」から歩いて５分。杁ヶ池交差点から20mの図書館通り添いにあります。ここから徒歩１分で杁ヶ池公園。駐車場は建物のすぐ隣にあり。
「まちの台所 風と虹」の運営母体は、合同会社AYAKA ASSOCIATION。関根千寿さんと代表の近藤ひづるさんに楽しいお話を伺いました。
「風と虹」の事業は、表向きカフェ＆サロンになっていますが、実際には「やりたいことをやれる場所」こそが「風と虹」です。５人で集まって話し合って「みんなが生きやすい世の中になったらいいな」という思いを中心に、「食を紡ぐ」「出会いを紡ぐ」「暮らしを紡ぐ」などのテーマで幾つも並行しながら事業を起こしているところです。
現在、「心の健康を紡ぐ」の発想から、メンタルヘルスケアに関するコンサルティング業務とカウンセリングをおこなう「まちの保健室 ほっとるーむ」を準備中です。
「風と虹」に漂う空気感を象徴するかのような竹で組んだテーブルが中庭に置かれています。
「風と虹」を舞台にアート展覧会が開催：
来月５月９日から６月２日まで、８歳で初個展を開き、国内の各賞を受賞しパリのルーブル博物館でも展示された15歳のアーティスト・逸見（へんみ）ルチカさんの展覧会が開催されます。今年３月に豊田市美術館でも「Ruchika」展が開催されていました。
「風と虹」ではその後の展覧会もすでに決定していてこれまでの各種イベントや講習会などに加えさらに賑やかになりそうです。こうした握手イベントは「出会いを紡ぐ」をテーマとして織り成していく事業とのこと。
代表の近藤さんは東郷町出身。現在も皆で東郷の「にじの里」で耕作し、地域資源を大切する考えからその食材を「風と虹」の台所に運んで来ています。農業、耕作は「暮らしを紡ぐ」のテーマの一環での重要な活動とのこと。
左端にAYAKA ASSOCIATIONの田中美貴さん。長久手市の観光交流協会でも長く活動されてきた知財や体験が活かされている。
