［長久手タイムズ］県道57号 瀬戸大府東海線の現在（２）
名古屋の東側・尾張東部エリアを南北に結ぶ瀬戸大府東海線の道路工事は、長久手市に入って遅々としてすすんでいませんでしたが、難関だった土地問題、土地取得がほぼ解決した模様で、一年程前にはほぼ止まっていた工事が動き出している状況です。前回は前熊エリアの「ござらっせ」温泉近辺から大草にかけての工事状況をレポートしましたが、今回は長久手AEONの北方200m、御嶽山から続く岩作丘陵の工事現場から、丘陵北側の愛知用水を超え前熊エリアにつながる間の現状をレポートします。
岩作丘陵を南北に貫くように道路が走る。これによってこの丘陵の東側をくねるように狭い道を曲がって走らなくてはならない危険性（実際に十数年前、
この地元に住む私の中学の同級生もその路上でクルマに轢かれ亡くなっている）と渋滞が解消される。
交通量が激増するこの界隈を往来しなくてはならない者にとっては、この道路の開通は待望である。
恐らく最後の難関は、この愛知用水への架橋であろう。前方の丘陵の竹林の斜面は削り取られ、空が凹んだ所まで見えるようになった。その奥（南方へ）１km程の所に長久手AEONと長久手古戦場公園がある。
愛知用水以外にもう一本、橋がかかる。橋梁の上の部分が、オブジェのように姿を現している。間近でみるとものすごい構造体である。
右奥に見えるのが長久手温泉「ござらっせ」。
