徳川四天王が唯一揃った長久手合戦（１）【長久手古戦場資料館】（記録）
長久手市郷土資料室において、徳川家康の家臣団の中でも名高い「徳川四天王」ー本多忠勝、榊原康政、井伊直政、酒井忠次の長久手の戦いでの活躍を中心に展示がなされました。展覧会の正式名称は「小牧・長久手の戦いと徳川四天王」です。
この展覧会はすでに終わっておりますが、大河ドラマ「どうする家康」での注目とも連動する形となった展覧会の様子を２回に分けてお伝え致します。

大河ドラマ『どうする家康』では、長久手の戦いにおいて、「徳川四天王」が誕生した戦さとして描かれました。
甲冑は「あいち手作り甲冑サポート塾」の人が作ったなんと段ボール製の手作りのもの。甲冑作りを通して理解を深め、コミュニティづくりの団体としても知られています。それにしてもなかなか精巧な甲冑です。
長久手の戦いでも鉄砲が用いられた。鬼武蔵の森長可は、ここからほど近い場所で、家康軍の鉄砲隊に眉間を撃ち抜かれた。

長久手の地での家康勢と秀吉勢の陣立ての古地図。赤い印の所に、榊原小平太、水野惣衛門、井伊万千代、本多豊後守、丹羽勘助、「御本陣」、そして秀吉方に、池田勝入、堀久太郎秀政、三好孫七秀次などと記されてあるのが分かる。
家康と四天王の戦さ年表で見る年齢。小牧・長久手の戦い時、家康は42歳、本多忠勝と榊原康政が共に36歳と、肉体的にも精神的にも最も油が乗った時期であり、四天王が揃ったのは、大きな戦いでは「小牧・長久手の戦い」だけだったことが分かる。
『家忠日記増補追加』寛文５（1665）年。松平家忠が書いた『家忠日記』に家忠の曾孫の松平忠冬が他書を元に追加したもの。家康の祖父の清康の誕生から1616年の家康の死去までがまとめられた徳川家の創業史である。展示された箇所は、長久手合戦が始まった天正12（1584）年４月９日のことが記載されてある。
