10周年を迎えた里山のパティスリー「ヴァイスベーレン」【長久手タイムズ】
長久手市東部の里山エリア（TOTONO）にある大人気のパティスリー「ヴァイスベーレン WeiB Beeren」が、今年10周年を迎えたとのことです。市外からのお客様も本当に多く連日お客さんが引きも切りません。店名のドイツ語らしく、ドイツ菓子をルーツにしたパティシエが生み出す焼き菓子のラインアップだけでなく、素材の特徴や味、風味を大切にしたご褒美チョコや多種なスウィートも絶品揃い。
里山の青空を背景にくっきり映えたホワイトキューブの建物を見つけたら、ぜひ立ち寄ってみて下さい。誰かにギフトしたくなる、そんな気持ちに自然になってしまうスウィートにきっと巡り会えるでしょう。
店名の「ヴァイスベーレン」はドイツ語で、「白い＝ヴァイス」＋「果実、木の実＝ベーレン」。オーナーでパティシエの岩本みゆきさんが入社した「ベーレン豊田店」の姉妹店である。豊田の「ベーレン」が黒壁が基調に対して、長久手の方は「ヴァイス＝白」をシンボルカラーにしています。

店長の久保田恵美（emi kubota）さん
「今年、ヴァイスベーレンはオープンして10周年を迎えます。４月頃には10周年記念企画を計画していますので、どうぞお越しくださいませ。お待ちしております！」
オーナーでパティシエの岩本みゆきさん（名古屋製菓専門学校の非常勤講師であり、愛知県洋菓子協会理事でもある。また全国洋菓子技術コンテスト大会で愛知県代表として出場し優秀賞を獲得）。店長含め在籍スタッフも中部洋菓子技術コンテストなどで多くの受賞歴があり。
長久手の「ヴァイスベーレン」は、岩本氏自身のプロデュースでオープンしています。
今日は「抹茶モンブラン」にしようかな、「ショコラショコラ」もいいなー、「ティラミス」もいいな、、たくさん種類がある焼き菓子もほんと美味しい、ほんと決められないくらいなのであります。
